The AX range of perimeter detection beams provides solutions for CCTV, Intruder detection, safety and information applications. Integration with other control, surveillance and communication equipment is easily achieved via our industry standard protocols.
The all-new product concept allows for both horizontal scanning (volumetric detection coverage) and Vertical scanning (downward facing narrow beam) with four fully addressable zone contact outputs. The system utilises a time-of-flight laser scanning technology and detects out to a maximum 30M range with a 180 degree arc of coverage. Special system algorithms are able to differentiate between large human targets and smaller unwanted targets such as small animals and birds etc.

The HX40 series is available in three variants, HX40, HX40AM (Hardwired) and the HX40 RAM (Wire free Battery powered) and has been devised to provide exceptional external detection performance and small animal immunity up to a range of 12m. The dense 94 zone detection area is shared by two non-overlapping detection patterns each incorporating Optex’s patented Optical system. These segregated detection areas form the bases of the products target recognition process which results in true target capture and exceptional false alarm immunity

The Optimal range complies with EN-50131-1 Grade 2 & 3 and provides a comprehensive product line-up suitable for any applications.
To provide for a faster and error free installation the Optimal range is fitted with on-board selectable resistors compatible with popular control panel specifications. The simple slide in/out PCB mounting also system makes final fixing even easier and avoids lost mounting screws.
To prevent tampering Optimal features a front cover and wall back tamper to provide protection against detector re-orientation or removal from the wall and a look down zone to prevent attack from below.

The ceiling mounted KX-08 provides wide angle (85°) coverage featuring a dense seventy six zone detection pattern. Unlike traditional wall mounted detectors the KX-08 eliminates the need for vulnerable or unsightly wall/ceiling brackets as a result of its sleek low profile ceiling mount design.
Based on the highly successful RX series PIR the KX-08 provides a new solution in wide angle detector mounting and offers improved protection against detector masking caused by stock or displays.
